The First Apple Computer On Auction

The first Apple computer was raised to auction in Sotheby of New york. It was raised off to auction on last 15 June. The computer was sold for 374,000 U.S. dollars. Built in 1976 this computer has no screen. After seeing this it is not possible to get any idea about today’s I Pad. The auction house has been described the computer as "Exceptional Rare", which is still active. Apple One computer was designed by Apple Company co-founder Steve Wozniak. He created it with his hands in manually. Steve Jobs was responsible for its marketing. July 1976, it was first sold then it’s price was 666.66 U.S. dollars.

নিউইয়র্কের সোথবি’তে নিলামে তোলা হয়েছিল প্রথম অ্যাপল কম্পিউটার। গত ১৫ জুন এটিকে নিলামে তোলা হয়েছিল। কম্পিউটারটি ৩,৭৪,০০০ মার্কিন ডলারে বিক্রি করা হয়। ১৯৭৬ সালে তৈরি কম্পিউটারটির কোনো স্ক্রিন নেই। এটি দেখে আজকের আইপ্যাডের কোনো রকম ধারণা পাওয়াই সম্ভব নয়। এদিকে নিলাম হাউজ কম্পিউটারটিকে ‘ব্যতিক্রমী বিরল’ হিসেবে বর্ণনা করেছে, যা এখনও সচল। অ্যাপল ওয়ান কম্পিউটারটির ডিজাইন করেছেন অ্যাপল কোম্পানির সহ-প্রতিষ্ঠাতা স্টিভ ওজনিয়াক। তিনিই নিজ হাতে এটি তৈরি করেন। এটির বিপণনের দায়িত্বে ছিলেন স্টিভ জবস। ১৯৭৬ সালের জুলাইতে এটিকে প্রথম বিক্রি করা হয়। তখন এর দাম পড়েছিল ৬৬৬ দশমিক ৬৬ মার্কিন ডলার।

Leap Second 

One second is just added with the international time. At midnight Saturday, the second one is added. To maintain consistency with world's atomic clock and time the rare event of adding a second took place due to reduce of the rotation speed of the earth. It has been called a 'Leap Second'. International time controllers added this extra second at Saturday night right before it turns to July 1 from June 30. According to international time as the time of 23:59:60 is calculated instead of 23:59:59 one second before midnight.

আন্তর্জাতিক সময়ের সঙ্গে যোগ হলো এক সেকেন্ড। গত শনিবার মধ্যরাত থেকেই এই এক সেকেন্ড যোগ হয়। পৃথিবী ঘূর্ণনের গতি কমে যাওয়ায় পৃথিবীর আনবিক ঘড়ির সঙ্গে সময়ের সঙ্গতি বজায় রাখার জন্য বিরল এই এক সেকেন্ড যোগের ঘটনা ঘটল। একে ‘লিপ সেকেন্ড’ নামে অভিহিত করা হয়েছে। আন্তর্জাতিক সময় নির্ধারকরা ৩০ জুন শনিবার রাতে ১ জুলাই প্রথম প্রহরে যাওয়ার ঠিক আগ মুহূর্তে ঘড়িতে অতিরিক্ত এক সেকেন্ড যোগ করেছেন। আন্তর্জাতিক সময়ের হিসাবে মধ্যরাতের এক সেকেন্ড আগে ২৩:৫৯:৫৯-এর জায়গায় ২৩:৫৯:৬০ গণনা করা হয়।
