Bamboo Pot Worth Moreover 4.5 Crore Taka
An artistic bamboo pot made by China's most famous artist Gu Jue sold in incredible price. Made in 17th century the ruptured bamboo pot's cost raised to Tk 4 crore 68 lacs or £ 3.60 million. John Oxford an Amateur collector of Hongkong has bought the bamboo pot with this price. Known from history that from the year 1662 to 1722 Gu Jue was famous in China. His name is curved with design in the bamboo pot's body. Though the pot was raptured so it was donated to a shop. Later along with some goods Gu Jue's designed pot were took up in the Chinese market. An employee of the shop says they thought the bamboo pot could be antique. They repaired it with glue and raise it up for the auction. The bamboo pot contains picture of Chinese philosopher Laozi riding on a bull. It's also known that the selling price of this pot will be given to Saint Peters Hospice Charity of Bristol, England.
সাড়ে চার কোটি টাকার বাঁশপাত্র
চীনের বিখ্যাত শিল্পী গু জুর তৈরি করা একটি কারুকার্যময় বাঁশপাত্র বিক্রি হলো অবিশ্বাস্য দামে। ১৭শ’ শতকে তৈরি ফেটে নষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়া বাঁশপাত্রটির দাম উঠেছে ৪ কোটি ৬৮ লাখ টাকা বা ৩ লাখ ৬০ হাজার পাউন্ড। হংকংয়ের শখের সংগ্রাহক জন অক্সফোর্ড বাঁশপাত্রটি এত দাম দিয়ে কিনেছেন। জানা যায়, ১৬৬২ থেকে ১৭২২ সাল পর্যন্ত চীনে গু জুর নামডাক ছিল। পাত্রটির গায়ে খোদাই করে নকশাসহ তার নামও লেখা আছে। পাত্রটি ফেটে নষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ায় সেটি একটি দোকানে দান করে দেয়া হয়। পরে কিছু মালের সঙ্গে গু জুর নকশা করা পাত্রটিও চীনা মার্কেটে তোলা হয়। দোকানের একজন কর্মচারী জানান, তাদের ধারণা বাঁশের পাত্রটি প্রাচীন হতে পারে। তারা পাত্রটি আঠা দিয়ে মেরামত করে নিলামে বিক্রির জন্য তুলেছেন। পাত্রটিতে ষাঁড়ের পিঠে চড়া চীনের দার্শনিক লাওজির ছবি আঁকা আছে। এই পাত্র বিক্রি থেকে পাওয়া অর্থ ইংল্যান্ডের ব্রিস্টলে সেন্ট পিটার্স হচপিস চ্যারিটির জন্য দেয়া হবে বলেও জানা গেছে।
